The practice works around the belief that “the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.” Rather than treating symptoms or individuals out of context. We will work through an attachment lens which recognizes that our early relationships particularly with our parents, shape how we form emotional bonds and respond to intimacy, dependency, and conflict in later relationships. This view on healing goes deeper than behavior change alone through getting to the root of the problem at an emotional level. I will focus on fostering secure emotional bonds and addressing attachment-related issues that couples or individuals may face in their relationships. These can include anxiety, depression, lack of intimacy, breaches in trust, parenting conflicts and many more.
Love is built through emotional safety and understanding. Let’s work together to grow the connection and security that you deserve.

My name is Brandee Silverman I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the owner and primary therapist at Relationship Revive Therapy. I specialize in helping couples, families and individuals navigate the complexities of their relationships with others and within themselves.
Are you struggling with your relationship with your partner, child, friend or family member?
Maybe you are in an unhealthy pattern of communicating and it just seems impossible to get out of?
You probably are having the same argument over and over and things are not changing.
People get stuck in unhealthy patterns of interacting that lead to unwanted symptoms, such as anxiety, depression, behavior problems, OCD, and much more.
As a young child I struggled myself with phobias and separation anxiety which lead me down the path of wanting to become a therapist. Through my own journey in therapy I learned that in order to truly heal, behavior change alone is not enough. Lasting growth and healing comes from the emotional and systemic patterns that drive those behaviors.
My mission is to create a warm and supportive atmosphere where clients can openly confront issues, learn to better manage emotions, and engage in working toward their unique goals within a relational framework.
This ultimately leads to a result of feeling connected, secure and safe within ones self and in the relationships in people's life, which I believe is the key to feeling fulfilled and happy.
